Organizational Development work is unique to the organization, the team, the budget, and the timeline.

My work with organizations includes but is not limited to the below examples.  

  • Operations Equity Assessments:
    Are your organization’s operations, procedures and processes in line with your organizational values and today’sworkforce’s needs? Or are they outdated and in misalignment? TLC will work together with an internal design team to assess your organizational systems for equity, bias and inclusion and other challenges.

  • Team Assessment and Training. Are you experiencing challenges with your team with communication, accountability, trust and collaboration? TLC will work together with the team to assess the challenges and support the team’s development of the skills to address them.

  • Risk Assessments: Nasoan draws on her experience as in-house non-profit counsel and her experience as a thought partner and strategic advisor to advise organizations about issues related to equity, bias and inclusion and to provide risk assessment in areas of need identified together with the organization.

The Breakthrough Pathway is a coaching experience designed for mid-career Black women and women of color who are feeling stuck, burnt out, or deeply unfulfilled in workspaces that no longer fit.

This program offers space to:

  • Reimagine your career on your own terms—rooted in purpose, not performance

  • Clarify what you truly want and build a vision that aligns with your values and joy
